A whole beef will take up approximately 16-20 cubic feet or the majority of a large upright freezer.

If you don’t have that much space, consider splitting with your neighbor or a family member.
Our grass-fed, grass-finished beef steers are never put on a full feed ration. they have access to premium grass pastures year-round. This beef starts out just like the others as bull calves, castrated soon after birth, that stay with their mothers until weaning at 6-8 months old. They are placed in separate pastures, continuing to grow for the next 12-14 months.

Butchered around 18-20 months old, still younger than a typical two-year-old feedlot steer. These grass-fed, grass-finished beef have much more nutritional value than beef you buy at the store and they tend to be very lean.
